Delete Account Request

At Car Sale, we respect your right to control your personal information. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Google Play Store policies.

Important: Submitting a delete account request will permanently remove your account and associated data. This action cannot be undone.

1. Who Can Request Account Deletion

Any registered user or customer of our mobile application or website may request account deletion. The request must be submitted using the email address associated with the account to ensure proper identity verification.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please follow the steps below:

  • Send an email to ansari@shinchuo.com
  • Use the subject line: Delete Account Request
  • Include your registered email address or user ID
  • Optionally mention the reason for deletion (not mandatory)

3. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon successful verification of your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • User profile information (name, email, phone number)
  • Login credentials and authentication records
  • Application usage data associated with your account
  • Communication history linked to your user profile

4. Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or business purposes even after account deletion. This may include:

  • Transaction records required for accounting or legal compliance
  • Records required to prevent fraud or misuse
  • Data required to comply with Japanese laws and regulations

5. Processing Time

We aim to process all delete account requests within 7 to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

6. Impact of Account Deletion

Once your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to log in to the application or website
  • All saved data and preferences will be permanently removed
  • Access to services associated with the account will be revoked

7. Re-Registration

After deletion, you may create a new account at any time. However, previously deleted data cannot be recovered or restored.
